The hotel was placed in the riverside location away from the city life.

Newly remodelled and largeroom with a King Bed, a beautiful view of the mountains plus marble floors as advertised. Fantastic location to both villages.

Beautiful place and stunning location next to a trolley as well as bars of the area. Besides, excellent for visiting Aria Athletic Club. Spotless rooms and feather pillows. Plenty of food at the solid and perfect breakfast.

True luxury and nicely decorated hotel with incredible view of the mountain. Best, knowledgeable staff towards all guests. Amazing beds, a balcony area and a couch in the room. Nice decoration in the rooms, amazing and fantastic location. Location adjacent to the creek, and Lionhead and Vail Village. Again, walking distance to Aria Athletic Club.

Friendly staff, especially Lauren at the front desk. Convenient shuttle service, nice lobby view, spacious rooms, and excellent ski services. Great breakfast and amazing valet service. Cascade Village is peaceful, with easy transportation to explore other areas. Ski valet service is a game changer, although hitting slopes in other villages may not be as convenient.

The hotel put us in a condo that, other than their booking it, had nothing to do with the hotel. For $350.00 a night, we expect the luxury and spa of the hotel, not someone's rental property.

Overall newly renovated and nicely appointed hotel, I came here with my daughter. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of food and hot drinks. This property was located in a riverside area just off the center, and the Grand Hyatt.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. The door men were particularly helpful. The front desk staff, especially Lauren, were exceptionally helpful to me and my family. Having Venture rentals attached to the facility was a huge plus. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to town, which is very convenient and helps avoid high parking fees. The location is great, with easy access to the slopes and other villages. The ski valet service is excellent, with staff bringing your equipment to the chairlift and warming up your boots.

Felt happy, nothing was too much trouble.

the room had a great view of the river and mountains. It was very relaxing listening to the river. the pool and hot tub were very nice as well.

We came for our anniversay. when i booked the room, the reservationist said she would put that down. I guess I was expecting that the cascade would do something - maybe a bottle of champagne in the room.....

Great hotel with fanstastic location for skiing. Concierge ski service was superb. Tavern restaurant also very good.

Loved staying at this stunning ski-in/ski-out property! The renovated rooms were chic and cozy, and the marble shower was heavenly. The live music in the lobby and free hot chocolate were delightful touches. Can't wait to come back!

The staff was efficient, helped with every request. I stayed in the room that was cleaned daily to a high level and available with a mountain view by the stream.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the housekeeping team doing an excellent job. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor hot water pool. The breakfast served at the restaurant was not only decent, but also delicious. The staff, especially the young gentlemen at valet, provided exceptional service. He always greeted us with a smile and held the door open for my wife. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the lift and a walking path by the river.

Can't fault anything about it.
